This Space is the project overview for the latent attractor framework introduced in: AI-Guided Inference of Morphodynamic Attractor-Like States in Glioblastoma.
It summarizes the computational pipeline used to extract static and dynamic attractors in glioblastoma morphology from pre-operative MRI.
